REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY

For units to be repaired under warranty we operate a 1 working day return policy. So if you have a unit that you wish to return under warranty please send it back to the factory and pay the carriage in the first instance. If it is found to be a true warranty repair (Please read the terms of our warranty) we will repair the unit free of charge and return it to you carriage paid and we will refund the original cost of carriage. All Products manufactured and supplied by Storm Controls have a full factory supported 2 year warranty. It would be helpful if you could e-mail the factory to let us know that a warranty repair is on its way to our repair facility in East Kilbride. this will allow us to allocate a priority time slot for its attention.

REPAIRS OUTWITH WARRANTY

For units to be repaired outwith warranty we operate a 3 working day return policy. So if you have a unit that you wish to return, please send it back to the factory. We will assess the cost of repair and advise you of the cost, on the date of receipt. If you wish to proceed with the repair we will ensure that the unit will be send back to you fully operational and in the best cosmetic condition given its condition when received. If the unit is beyond repair we will advise you of this and offer you a good deal on a replacement unit. Alternatively, with your approval, the unit can be returned to you at your expense or simply scrapped.
